OnPath Energy reached financial close in the raising of a term loan debt facility to finance the construction of Mill Rig Wind Farm on 30 July 2025. The project marks a significant step in the company’s mission to power a more sustainable future through renewable energy.
The wind farm, with a capacity of 33.4MW, will produce enough electricity to supply more than 45,000 homes. Located near Darvel, it is expected to be completed in early 2026 and will have an operational life of 30 years.
Operis developed the financial model used for the transaction, while a separate and independent team at Operis conducted a full audit of the model for the senior lender.
