Operis Supports AECOM and Duit in Reaching Financial Close on the Gilcrease Expressway West P3 3 Feb 2020

Operis provided AECOM and Duit, with financial model auditing services, including a tax review, for the design and construction of the Gilcrease Expressway West toll road near Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The project involves the construction of a new five-kilometre four-lane highway, including 22 bridges. Financial close for the project was reached on 30 January 2020.
