Operis recently provided a model audit of Balfour Beatty’s operating model for the ITE college in Singapore.
Gammon Capital (Balfour Beatty’s PPP vehicle in South East Asia) has built a new campus for college. The project reached financial close in August 2008 and became operational in July 2010.
The model audit was performed for the benefit of Balfour Beatty Capital and the project lenders. This is the latest in a series of models which Operis has audited on behalf of Balfour Beatty. Operis also audited the financial close model for this project.
