Operis has completed the operating model commissioned by Rainprop to monitor the concession relating to the public-private partnership (PPP) agreement for the design, build, finance and operation of the R500-million head office campus for the South African Department of Trade and Industry in Pretoria. The project is currently in the operations phase and was one of the first government departments to initiate a PPP solution to its real estate needs.
Standard Bank arranged and underwrote the financing for the project.
