World Bank has appointed Operis to provide model auditing services for the Rail Reform Toolkit Project.
The Rail Reform Toolkit will allow analysis of rail reform projects in the World Bank’s client countries in Central and Eastern Europe. The aim of the project is to create a comprehensive measure of developing rail infrastructure, enabling best practice for railway reform in client countries, based on real life case studies. The financial model is one part of the Rail Reform Toolkit, which focusses on the passenger, freight and track infrastructure sectors.
Operis has provided a high level review of the financial model as well as modelling advice. Operis previously worked with the World Bank when conducting a model audit for the PPP Highways Toolkit in 2009.
