Operis recently provided a model audit of Treasury Holding’s operating model for the Dublin Convention Centre project. This project originally reached financial close back in April 2007 with construction finished in July 2010.
The Dublin Convention Centre contains 22 conference rooms, a 2000 seat auditorium and theatre capacity for 3000 people. The conference centre was constructed and is operated by Treasury Holdings under a PPP contract with the Office of Public Works. The concession period ends on on 31 July 2035.
The model audit was performed for the benefit of Treasury Holdings and the senior lenders.
