Operis Completes Derby BSF Operating Model Review 25 Oct 2012

Operis recently completed a model audit of Balfour Beatty’s operating model for the Derby Building Schools for the Future PFI project.

The project involves the construction of a new PPP secondary school and extensive remodelling of another secondary school.

This project reached financial close in December 2010 and Operis also audited the financial model at this earlier stage. This audit is part of a series of operating model audits which Operis have been working on with Balfour Beatty.
