The Clackmannanshire Schools PFI project reached financial close in Edinburgh today.
Operis was appointed to provide financial model due diligence on behalf of the shareholders Bilfinger Berger BOT and Ogilvie Construction, and the funders HBOS. This DBFO project involves the construction and operation of three new schools, being Lornshill Academy, Alloa Academy and Alva Academy over concession period of 32 years.
Construction costs are £66m.
