The Northamptonshire Care Homes – Kettering Variation Project reached financial closed on the 17 October 2006 in London.
The project was an extension of the £25m Northants Care Homes project which closed earlier this year, where an additional site was added at Kettering. Additional funding was provided by a new swap and extra equity. Senior debt was provided by Nationwide.
Operis was pleased to be involved by providing model due diligence services and tax and accounting advice on the project.
