A consortium of BESIX, CFE and DIF submitted its bid on 20 August 2012 for the Haren Prison PPP project in Belgium.
The project involves the design, build, financing and maintenance of a new prison complex at Haren in the Brussels region. The prison will have a total capacity of 1,190 inmates, split into eight wings.
Operis developed the financial model used to price the consortium’s bid.
