Operis was appointed by Egis Bceom International to provide due diligence services in early 2009. Egis were awarded a contract by the World Bank to create a financial modelling toolkit for Public-Private Partnerships in Roads and Highways.

The project involved the development of two financial models to allow a generic analysis of transport concession financings to be used by public sector organisations to assess potential transport projects and their feasibility.

Operis audited the financial models for Egis and the World Bank.
