Operis provided financial advice, including modelling support, to Community Solutions for Primary Care. Its financial close of a second set of schemes procured under the NHS LIFT structure was achieved this week.
This first close, in the second Tranche of the Camden & Islington NHS LIFT project, covered the Design, Build, Finance and Operation of facilities in Kentish Town.
£16 million of funding was secured to finance the construction of surgeries for Camden & Islingtons Primary Care Trust’s GPs.
