Primary Medical Property Ltd (PMP) undertakes the development and management of a specialist healthcare property for retention as investments, and has gross assets of approximately £60m. The Morgan Sindall Group previously had a 47.5% shareholding in PMP.
Initially Morgan Sindall purchased the remaining 52.5% shareholding in PMP from certain oprivate individuals, subsequently the group has agreed to dispose of 50% of its interest by way of entering into a 50-50 owned joint venture agreement with a fund managd by Barclays Private Equity.
