Operis is pleased to have supported the Acorn Consortium, through its appointment as sole financial advisor and model auditor, in their successful bid to design, build, finance and maintain the new Velindre Cancer Centre in South East Wales.
Velindre Cancer Centre provides specialist cancer services for the patient population of South East Wales. In September 2021, Velindre University NHS Trust launched a competition to develop the new Velindre Cancer Centre following the Welsh Government’s approval of the outline business case in March 2021.
Operis looks forward to continuing its partnership with Acorn Consortium through to financial close of the project, which is currently scheduled for March 2023.
