ACWA Power and the Moroccan Agency for Solar Energy (Masen) have reached financial close for Phases II and III of the Noor CSP project in Ouarzazate, Morocco.
Phase II of the the Noor project involves the construction of a 200MW parabolic trough plant and Phase III involves the construction of a 100MW tower plant. Both plants are expected to become operational in 2017.
On behalf of ACWA and Masen, Operis was pleased to undertake a model audit of the financial models used to structure and illustrate the Noor II & III projects.
