Operis acted as financial advisor to Barclays Bank PLC on the Medway LIFT project which reached financial close in May 2005.
The project has a capital value of approximately £20 million and is between Medway Primary Care Trust and Medway LiftCo Limited, majority owned by the Ryhurst led consortium.
The project involves the provision and management of new build and refurbished community health and social care facilities in Medway, Kent.
