The M25 Widening project project involves the operation, maintenance and widening of over 100km of the M25 London orbital motorway. This project closed in 2009, at which time Operis completed a model audit of the winning Connect Plus consortium bid.
More recently, in June 2012, a variation to the concession was undertaken which was also overseen by Operis.
Following these two assignments, Operis has now just completed a model audit of the operating model used for the project, on behalf of Connect Plus and their lenders.
