Lightsource Renewable Energy completed the acquisition of 14 operational UK solar parks on January 9, 2015.
With a total capacity of 34MW, the solar parks are spread across six different locations across the southeast and west of England. The debt for the acquisition was provided by RBS.
On behalf of Lightsource and RBS, Operis were pleased to undertake a full model audit of their financial model representing the transaction, including a review of the model’s tax and accounting.
