Lightsource Renewable Energy reached close on the financing of two solar PV sites in Northern Ireland on November 24, 2017. The solar sites will receive revenues under the ROC scheme and have a total capacity of 33MW. Senior debt for the project is being provided by RBS.
Operis carried out a review of the financial model used for the financing on behalf of Lightsource and RBS.
