Successful Refinancing of John Laing Portfolio 20 Mar 2019

John Laing Environmental Assets Group (JLEAG) successfully refinanced a portfolio of wind and solar assets, located throughout the United Kingdom, on March 6, 2019.

Financiers NAB and SMBC agreed to an 18 year loan of £188 million to JLEAG for the 190MW portfolio.
