Bids were submitted on the 31st of May 2013 for the Iqaluit International Airport Improvement Project. The project involves the construction of a new airport building, expanded aprons for planes, new lighting systems, an upgraded runway and a new combined services building. The airport is based in Iqaluit, which is the territorial capital and the largest community of the Canadian territory of Nunavut.
Operis carried out a model audit, including an independent review of tax and accounting, for the Arctic Infrastructure Partners consortium, comprising InfraRed Capital, Bouygues, Sintra and Winnipeg Airports Authority.
