iCON Infrastructure has agreed to acquire 100% of Service Terminal Rotterdam, a 242,000m3 fuel storage facility in the Botlek area of the port of Rotterdam, on April 2, 2015.
The asset was acquired from Litasco and Burando Maritime Services and is expected to reach financial close at the end of April 2015.
