I-75 Mobility Solutions, a consortium consisting of Grupo ACS, Astaldi Group and AMICO, recently submitted their bid to the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) for the third segment of the I-75 Modernization P3 project.
MDOT is seeking private partners to design, build, finance and maintain the third segment of the modernization project. The segment in this project runs through southern Detroit and will involve realigning and reconstructing 5.5 miles of the I-75 mainline, adding a new lane in both directions, along with drainage improvements. Construction is due to commence in spring 2019, with completion expected in late 2023.
Operis were pleased to perform a financial model audit on behalf of the consortium, which included a review of the model’s US tax & accounting treatments.
