A consortium consisting of AECON, Parsons and Amico reached financial close on the Highway 401 Expansion P3 project in Canada. The C$639 million project, procured by Infrastructure Ontario, will consist of widening a six lane configuration at many points along the congested 18-km stretch between Mississauga and Milton in Ontario.
