Bids Submitted for Hertfortshire University Student Accommodation Project 26 Jun 2012

Balfour Beatty have submitted their bid for the University of Hertfordshire student accommodation project.

The project involves taking over 1,500 existing rooms and building a further 2,500 rooms. The winning consortium will then manage the accommodation for the agreed length of the concession.
