Operis supports Children First Consortium achieve financial close on Grandview Children’s Centre redevelopment project.
Operis provided a full model audit for Children First Consortium, led by Amico Design Build Inc and Sacyr Construction S.A.
On April 14, 2022, the consortium was awarded the $85.3 million dollar contract by Infrastructure Ontario to design, build and finance the Grandview Children’s Centre Redevelopment project.
The new centre will provide specialized care for children and youth with special needs in the Durham Region.
