Campus Living Villages (CLV) have today reached financial close on the Goldsmiths Student Accommodation PPP Project. The DBFM will involve the refurbishment of the university’s existing 1,387 bed student accommodation facilities which are spread across 11 sites in and around the Goldsmiths campus in New Cross, South East London.
Under a 40 year concession, CLV will deliver all aspects of the operations of the hall of residence, including security, cleaning and maintenance services.
On behalf of CLV, Operis was pleased to provide model audit services for CLV, including a full review of the model’s tax and accounting assumptions.
