Balfour Beatty reached financial close on 27 April 2016 on the development of student accommodation on Kennedy Street, Glasgow.
The project involves the construction and operation of 536 student rooms, with construction due to be completed by August 2017. The total project cost is £37m: £26m of this will be financed using senior debt provided by Investec and the remaining £11m will be financed with equity from Balfour Beatty.
