On June 13, 2019, a consortium consisting of AECOM and Duit Construction Company submitted their bid to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority for the Gilcrease Expressway P3 project in Oklahoma, USA.
The Gilcrease Expressway project comprises a 5 mile road construction completing the western loop around the Tulsa metropolitan area, connecting the L.L. Tisdale Parkway to the I-44.
