Skanska has reached financial close for the Woodlands School PFI Project as part of the Essex Local Education Partnership with Essex County Council and International Public Partnership.
The project involves the design, build, operation and maintenance of the school under a 25-year contract, the final project in Essex’s Building Schools for the Future Programme. The 1,500 pupil school is expected to be completed in early 2014.
Operis provided model due diligence and a full tax and accounting review for the financial model.
