The Hart van Zuid PPP project in The Netherlands reached financial close on April 29, 2016.
The project involves the redevelopment of an area in south Rotterdam, which is to include the renovation of existing public facilities and the construction of a variety of new public buildings including a music hall, arts building and an aquatic pool.
