Financial close was reached for the Salford Pendleton Social Housing project on September 12, 2013.
The project involves the refurbishment of 1270 dwellings in Salford, Manchester, and is part of a wider scheme to regenerate the 200 hectare area of the city, involving the further construction of 1,600 new homes.
The successful bidder was the SP+ consortium, which was led by Together Housing Group member, Chevin Housing Association Ltd.
The funder was FHW Capital.
