3i Infrastructure and AMP capital have successfully completed the refinancing of ESVAGT and raised DKK 2,571m as bank and institutional loans. Both shareholders each injected a further DKK 175m as equity.
ESVAGT provides safety and support services to offshore oil & gas and wind industries primarily in and around the North Sea and the Barents Sea. ESVAGT was founded in 1981 and is based in Esbjerg, Denmark. It currently has a fleet of 42 vessels and more than 900 employees on and offshore.
