The Lock to Twente (L2T) consortium, which includes TBI, has been confirmed as preferred bidder for the Eefde Lock PPP in the Netherlands.
Bids for the design, build, financing, operation and maintenance of a second lock on the Twente Canal were submitted on October 11, 2016.
The project involves the construction and maintenance of a bridge over the new lock, the redesign and maintenance of the area north of the lock, the refurbishment of the existing lock, and construction on the road between the original lock bridge and the new lock.
Operis were pleased to undertake an audit of the financial model for TBI, which included a review of the model’s tax and accounting treatments.
