A consortium of Campus Living Villages, Equitix and Interserve has been selected by Durham University as the preferred bidder for the £85m Mount Oswald development.
The consortium will design, build, finance and operate 2 new colleges plus ancillary facilities under a 50-year arrangement. The development will allow John Snow College to re-locate from Stockton and a new 17th college will be created.
Operis is providing financial and accounting advice to the consortium.
