The Direct Health consortium submitted its final bid for the New Acute Hospital project in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland, on 29th February 2008. The project involves the construction of a new acute hospital on a green field site, the provision of 315 new beds and management services.
Direct Health is one of the three remaining consortia bidding for the DBFMO mandate. The consortium consists of Skanska Infrastructure Development UK, John Sisk & Son, White Mountain Investments and Innisfree, with financial advice being provided by Investec.
Operis was engaged to audit the financial model, having performed an informal review at an earlier stage in the bidding process.
