Dart Energy has obtained a five year US$100m facility, comprised of a USD 90m borrowing base tranche and a USD 10m working capital tranche. The facility will be used to fund the development of three of Dart Energy’s coal bed methane sites. The sites are Airth in Scotland, Liulin in China and Sangatta West in Indonesia. The facility is being provided by the Singapore office of HSBC Bank.
HSBC also acted as financial advisors to Dart Energy, with Operis’s role being to complete a model audit on behalf of Dart Energy and the lenders.
