Atlantic Healthcare Partnership has submitted their bid for the construction and operations concession of the Corner Brook Acute Care Hospital in Canada. The project will comprise constructing a 164-bed facility, along with clinical services aligning with the nearby Western Memorial Hospital, as well as an expanded cancer care programme.
Construction of the facility is scheduled to start in July 2019, and upon completion in 2023 will form a central pillar to the broader healthcare needs in the province, complementing Corner Brook Long-Term Care Home, located on the western coast of Newfoundland, Canada, which is due to open next year.
Operis provided financial model auditing services to Atlantic Healthcare Partnership, a consortium including Sacyr and DIF Infrastructure as equity providers.
