Following the submission of bids for the acquisition of the Convention Centre in Dublin, which were submitted on 19 December, 2014, Operis is pleased to have learned that it’s client AMP Capital has been selected as preferred bidder to acquire the concession contract to operate and maintain the facility.
The Convention Centre was developed to provide a world-class conference venue in Dublin, located only 20 minutes from the nearest Airport, enticing the international business tourism market. Since opening in September 2010, the venue has hosted more than 1000 events and earned itself 26 industry awards.
In support of AMP Capital’s bid, Operis were pleased to undertake a full model audit of the financial model including a review of the model’s tax and accounting.
