Cofinimmo Sells Stake in Silverstone SA/NV 5 Jan 2016

Silverstone SA/NV, a company that owns 20 care and nursing homes in Belgium, has been sold.

The acquiring party has financed the purchase through a bond issue with 95% of the assets acquired from Confinimmo SA/NV.

Operis was pleased to undertake a full audit of the acquisition model which included a review of the tax and accounting treatments.
