Operis was contracted to review the Coentunnel Operating model. Operis audited the financial model at financial close stage in 2008, since then the model has been converted to an operating model.
The Coentunnel Company started working on the renovation of the first Coentunnel, the build of the second Coentunnel and the connections to the A8 and A10 motorways in July 2008. The consortium is also responsible for the new construction and renovation of thirty-six fly-overs and bridges and for the maintenance of the project until the end of the concession in 2037.
Operis conducted the review on behalf of the SPV and the lenders.
