The Civitas Living consortium, comprised of Equitix, GRAHAM Construction and Derwent FM, has been selected as preferred bidder for a new student accommodation project at the University of York.
Part of the university’s accommodation development programme, the project involves the design, build, finance and operation of over 1,400 new student beds at the Heslington East campus. Financial close is anticipated to occur before the end of 2018 with beds ready for the academic year starting September 2020.
Operis acted as financial advisor to the consortium, one of three invited to submit final bids by the university.
