Campus Living Villages UK finalised the acquisition of Opal Properties’ student accommodation sites across the United Kingdom in February 2014.
The accommodation comprises the operation and maintenance of sites located in Birmingham, London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Nottingham and Newport, together holding over 4,500 rooms. The project has a 48 year concession period and has been funded by bonds totaling £210 million.
