Financial close for the first wave of the Bury, Tameside & Glossop NHS LIFT Scheme was reached today.
Operis provided financial advice, including modelling support, to Community Solutions for Primary Care. The close covered the Design, Build, Finance and Operation (DBFO) of facilities in Aston and Radcliffe.
Nearly £30 million of funding was secured to finance the construction of surgeries for Bury Primary Care Trust and Tameside & Glossop Primary Care Trust’s GPs. Community Solutions for Primary Care is part of the Morgan Sindall group.
