The Burton Wold wind farm extension project, which involves the construction and operation of a wind farm in Northamptonshire, England, achieved financial close on 21 October 2013. The wind farm extension comprises nine turbines with a total capacity of 14.4MW.
The project sponsor and 100% investor in the project, is John Laing and NordLB provided senior debt. Operis carried out a model audit, including a tax and accounting review, on behalf of the sponsor and senior lender.
