On July 24,2018, Axium Infrastructure completed their acquisition of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Cogeneration plant. The cogeneration plant is a gas and oil-fired facility which will provide 286MW of power and steam, guaranteed by long-term off-take agreements with the Consolidated Edision Company of New York.
Axium have arranged a private placement to partially fund its acquisition of the asset, which will fully repay the existing debt.
