A consortium of Campus Living Villages and Equitix has been appointed as strategic partner to the University of Bristol to develop student accommodation projects over a 5 year period.
The initial project to be developed through the partnership will involve the construction of approximately 1,200 new bed spaces at the University’s new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus. The construction of this 50-year DBFO project is expected to start in 2019.
