The first Building Schools for the Future project reached financial close on the 3rd July 2006.
The Project involves the procurement and redevelopment of four sites in the Bristol area as the first tranche of the programme. The four sites are in Brislington, Speedwell, Whitefield and Hartcliffe.
Senior debt was provided by Barclays and SMBC. Operis provided financial model due diligence, along with tax and accounting advice on the project.
