The Bouygues Partnership consortium, comprising Bouygues, Ecovert and Barclays Private Equity, submitted their bid on on 23 April 2010 for the Barking & Dagenham Building Schools for the Future (BSF) scheme.
The prefered bidder, due to be announced in July 2010, will the form a Local Education Partnership with the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham to rebuild or remodel every school throughout the borough, via a mixture of PFI and design & build arrangements.
Operis’s role was in providing full financial modelling and advice to the Bouygues Partnership, which will continue should the consortium be selected as the preferred bidder.
