Bids for the Borssele III & IV offshore wind farms were submitted early last month. The wind farms form part of the Dutch government’s Wind Energy Roadmap to increase The Netherlands’ involvement in the wind energy market. The Borssele III & IV farms will produce approximately 470MW of power between the two sites.
The winning bidder, to be announced at the end of 2016, will begin construction of the wind farms in 2018 with operations to begin in 2022.
Operis was pleased to support Amsterdam Capital Partners’s bid of the project by performing a full model audit.
